On June 8, 2002, Ritar was founded and produced the first batch of Ritar batteries in the Shenzhen Fuyong Industrial Plant.

Shenzhen RBD Technology Co., Ltd. was founded on August 18, 2004.We focused on details and win trust with sincerity.

In 2005, solid-state batteries were successfully developed, and Ritar is one of only two manufacturers in the world with the ability to produce solid-state batteries.

In February 2007, Ritar was successfully listed on NASDAQbecoming the first Chinese battery company to be successfully listed in the United States. On April 17, 2007, the Hengyang Ritar Industrial Park started construction, and we planted the seeds of our dreams.

In April 2008, the first phase of Hengyang Ritar's production line was successfully put into operation, creating the fastest project construction speed in Hengyang's history.

On September 26, 2011, Dongguan RLD Company was established to build a world-class mobile phone cover substrate glass manufacturing center.

June 8, 2012 was the 10th anniversary celebration of Ritar. We are grateful to every colleague. Without your hard work, there would be no company's current achievements.

On June 23, 2015, Ritar moved to a new house and celebrated its 13th anniversary. We would like to thank you for your support along the way. On November 2,2015, Dongguan Ruilida was listed on the New Third Board, establishing a new starting point and creating a new situation.

In June 2016, Dongguan Ruilida was successfully shortlisted as a national intelligent manufacturing special unit. Its quality won customers and its reputation created benefits.

In 2017, the construction of Vietnam Ritar Industrial Park started, covering an area of 165 acres with a total investment of 120 million US dollars.

On July 22, 2018, the opening ceremony of Vietnam Ritar Industrial Park was held. We are grateful to every customer for their trust, which has enabled us to go further. On the same day, Vietnam Ritar Industrial Park was officially put into production to build the largest battery factory in Vietnam.

On April 17, 2020, the Ritar New Energy Battery Supporting Industrial Park was grandly started, and every solid step will not be in vain; on the same day, the Rich lithium battery project was grandly started, the action is at your feet, and the sweat is watering the success.

In August 2021, acid-free solid-state batteries were included in the Hunan Provincial Government's green energy procurement catalog and are widely used in domestic energy storage systems.

On February 17, 2022, the construction of Ritar's new plant in Vietnam started, and the production scale was further expanded; on July 27, 2022, Rich's annual production of 4 million kilowatt-hour Solid State OPzV Battery project started grandly. A journey of a thousand miles begins with a Solid State OPzV Battery.

On January30, 2023, the Shenzhen Ruichu Era unveiling ceremony was held. We have never given up our original dream and have been striving for success. On the same day, Hengyang Rich Shenzhen R&D Center was unveiled. We work hand in hand and stand together through thick and thin.

On June 1,2024, Shenzhen GPT Technology Co.,Ltd. was officially opened for business.
