Below are my comments on our interaction with RITAR in the past two or three years. This is given in confidence.
The quality of RITAR batteries is good.
RITAR’s customer service is very good. Our account manager – Sally Huang is exceptionally good in customer care. In fact, she is one of the best Customer Service persons that I have ever worked with. She is very prompt in her responses, very consistent, knowledgeable, honest, passionate, persistent, and care for her company and customer.
The price of RITAR batteries is slightly above market average. RITAR need to be more competitive to gain more market share.
RITAR keeps to delivery time schedules
The battery technology is not different from what others adopt.
I perceive RITAR as a customer-focused company.
