01Use environment and safety

  • The battery should be kept away from fire, organic solvents and direct sunlight.
  • Ambient temperature: Maximum range: -40℃~+70℃ (see the specifications of each battery); Optimal range: 25℃±5℃
  • Relative humidity ≤95%;
  • Altitude ≤4000m;
  • The battery should be kept away from fire, organic solvents and direct sunlight;
  • The ambient temperature of the same group of batteries should be consistent, and the maximum temperature difference between batteries should be ≤3℃.

02Installation precautions

  • When using batteries in groups, it is recommended to group the batteries first, and measure the batteries with the same or similar open circuit voltage as a group. It is recommended that the voltage difference of each battery should be one level.
  • After checking that there is no abnormality in the battery, install it in the designated location (such as a battery rack).
  • Because batteries may produce flammable gas when stored, avoid installation near spark-generating devices (such as fuses).
  • Before connecting, polish the battery terminals to make them metallic.
  • Be careful that conductive materials short-circuit the positive and negative terminals of the battery.
  • When using multiple batteries together, first ensure that the connection between the batteries is correct, and then connect the battery to the charger or load. In this case, the positive pole of the battery should be connected to the positive pole of the charger or load, and the negative pole to the negative pole. If the battery is not connected to the charger correctly, the charger will be damaged, so be sure not to connect it incorrectly.

03Transportation and storage

  • Since the battery is heavy, you must pay attention to the choice of transportation tools when carrying it. Rolling and throwing are strictly prohibited.
  • When carrying the battery, do not touch the terminals and safety valve.
  • The battery is charged when leaving the factory. Short circuit of the battery should be prevented during transportation.
  • Before installation, the battery can be stored at 0~35℃, but the storage period should not exceed six months. Batteries with a storage period of more than six months should be charged evenly. The storage place should be clean, ventilated and dry.
  • When used batteries need to be stored, they should be fully charged before storage and then stored according to storage requirements.

04Battery maintenance

  • Always keep the battery surface and working environment clean and dry;
  • Avoid static electricity when cleaning the battery;
  • Use a damp cloth to clean the battery. Do not use organic solvents such as gasoline and alcohol, and do not use cloth containing these substances to wipe the battery.
  • In order to ensure the normal service life of the battery, the battery should be inspected and maintained regularly. "Regular" can be divided into three time stages: monthly, quarterly and annual. Battery maintenance must be performed by personnel with professional knowledge.

05Disposal of used batteries

  • Please follow the relevant national laws and regulations for recycling and processing of used batteries, and jointly maintain our green home!
  • Do not discard directly, there are still pollutants in the battery, and the main materials of the battery can be recycled.
  • Do not disassemble used batteries, it is dangerous!
  • Please classify and store used batteries according to storage requirements, and take isolation measures.
  • Do not handle them privately, please hand them over to professional recycling companies for processing.
